The society

Emirates Airline, often simply referred to as Emirates, is part of The Emirates Group based in Dubai, United Arab Emitaten. It is the seventh largest airline in the world by number of international passengers carried, and the tenth largest company in terms of the number of kilometers flown internationally. As for the number of kilometers flown internationally for passsagiersvervoer, there are only three other airlines greater. Emirates was founded in May 1985 by the Dubai government and was thereby gehoolpen doot the German airline Germania and its owner Hinrich Bischoff.
